Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Brad Jones (footballer), please cite a reliable source for the content of your edit. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Take a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources for information about how to cite sources and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. License tagging for File:Index 08.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Index 08.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 21:06, 6 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

English and Irisn names of towns

edit

Please don't arbitrarily change town names 'within articles from English to Irish and vice versa so that there is inconsistency with the article title (as here and here) . There is an agreed procedure for determining whether article names on Irish towns should be in one language or the other: see WP:IMOS. If you propose changing titles, please discuss first at the relevant Talk Page. Also please stop tagging such edits as minor, they're not. RashersTierney (talk) 14:47, 5 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Article Move of Croke Park

edit

Hi, can you please provide a reference to justify your claim that Croke Park is actually officially called Páirc an Chrócaigh? Especially since the official website, at www.crokepark.ie, states "Croke Park is incorporated in Páirc an Chrócaigh Teo (PCT) and was formed in 1914. It is a holding company for the GAA and the stadium management for Croke Park." It does not state that the name of Croke Park is anything other than "Croke Park". --HighKing (talk) 22:07, 30 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

January 2011

edit

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to move pages to bad titles contrary to naming conventions or consensus, as you did at Republic of Ireland national football team, you may be blocked from editing. Your habit of page moves without any attempt to gain consensus or give due consideration to policies such as WP:COMMONNAME is difficult to interpret as anything other than politically motivated. Such motivation is inappropriate to an encyclopaedia, and should stop immediately. Kevin McE (talk) 07:11, 12 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
