Edits to Walking meditation

edit

Hi @Kmdar0117, I saw you made some additions to the Walking meditation article. Bear in mind that you wrote about medical-related content. As such, you need to pay very careful attention to the sources that you are using. I recommend that you complete the Editing health and psychology topics training module, and have a look at the reliable sourcing guidelines for medical articles before editing the live Wikipedia articles further. Positive Psychology is a popular website, but ideal sources for medical information include: "review articles (especially systematic reviews) published in reputable medical journals; academic and professional books written by experts in the relevant fields and from respected publishers; and guidelines or position statements from national or international expert bodies" as stated in the Wiki MEDRS guidelines. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the feedback. Brianda (Wiki Ed) (talk) 18:56, 26 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
