Bill 'n Fred's Quazi-Mediocre Adventure
editI've added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Bill 'n Fred's Quazi-Mediocre Adventure, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree, discuss the issues raised at Talk:Bill 'n Fred's Quazi-Mediocre Adventure. If you remove the {{dated prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. -- ReyBrujo 05:33, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
License tagging for Image:Medilord.png
editThanks for uploading Image:Medilord.png. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 14:05, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
Ahem
editHi Kennercat. Whilst your KND fancfic project is doubtless noble, it doesn't belong here, Wikipedia not being a web hosting space. Could you move this to another web site or MySpace or something, thanks. If you don't the D.O.O.M page gets material on your local computer and the page gets deleted before you get a chance to save it, message me and I'll get it to you. Welcome to Wikipedia! We could really use your help to create new content, but your recent additions (such as Numbuh 3.14) are considered nonsense. Please refrain from creating nonsense articles. If you want to test things out, edit the sandbox instead. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Mhking 23:58, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
Hello Kennercat, an automated process has found an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, such as fair use. The image (Image:Kids Next Door title.png) was found at the following location: User:Kennercat. This image or media will be removed per statement number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media will be replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. The image that was replaced will not be automatically deleted, but it could be deleted at a later date. Articles using the same image should not be affected by my edits. I ask you to please not re-add the image to your userpage and could consider finding a replacement image licensed under either the Creative Commons or GFDL license or released to the public domain. Please note that it is possible that the image on your page is included vie a template or usebox. In that case, please find a free image for the template or userbox. Thanks for your attention and cooperation. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 12:58, 19 May 2007 (UTC)

MfD nomination of Wikipedia:KND Operation: WIKIPEDIA
editWikipedia:KND Operation: WIKIPEDIA, a page which you created or substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; you may participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Wikipedia:KND Operation: WIKIPEDIA and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Wikipedia:KND Operation: WIKIPEDIA during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Ricky81682 (talk) 08:39, 9 July 2016 (UTC)
Survey Invite
editI'm working on a study of political motivations and how they effect editing. I'd like to ask you to take a survey. The survey should take 5 minutes. Your survey responses will be kept private. Our project is documented at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Research:Wikipedia_%2B_Politics.
I am asking you to participate in this study because you are a frequent editor of pages on Wikipedia that are of political interest. We would like to learn about your experiences in dealing with editors of different political orientations.
Sincere thanks for your help! Porteclefs (talk) 15:34, 6 July 2017 (UTC)

It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
