November 2016 edit

Hello, I'm RedPanda25. I noticed that in this edit to Frederick Trump, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. RedPanda25 22:54, 10 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

@RedPanda25: I wrote: "Here out of place - and IMHO not even relevant to this article". And as far as I know, this should be discussed on the talk page of the article, not here. I am familiar with Donald's ancestry, especially with his grandparents from Germany, but not so much with the conventions here. --Klaus Frisch (talk) 23:11, 10 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

It's long ago, but: I left a message on the Panda's talk page, and he just deleted it. Then I learned that I had met an officer of a so-called WikiPolice and that he just had left a standard text here and that the friendly tone didn't mean anything. This event discouraged me of doing anything else in en.WP for several months. Actually, I am very pleased by what I experience in trying to contribute to The Donald himself. --Klaus Frisch (talk) 02:37, 22 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

August 2017 edit

Hello, I'm Hayman30. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to Trump (surname)— because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ArbCom 2018 election voter message edit

Hello, Klaus Frisch. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2018 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 19 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
