I was running Tor / Vidalia on my spare bandwidth, but I don't use the proxy myself since it's so slow. The IP that was blocked was my real IP, guess some Tor users were vandalizing through it? (I don't know all the details about Tor usage; I'm in general for helping others surf anonymously but don't want it to stop my wiki editing rights.) Tor is effectively an open proxy, so exit nodes get blocked as they are noticed whether they vandalize or not. I re-read the policies and I should probably have used a soft block which would only have blocked anon edits and not your account. Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference

Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have (or very recently had) enabled.

On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion).
