Note that the quote re Hitler is abysmal, portraying him as having colossal strengths: "who has performed these superb toils." Particularly in that context I think the phrase "typically regarded as immoral" serves to belittle his evil.

I think that starting out with the 'typically' idea is a whitewash. Also, I think the length of the article detracts from the main point, such as the Holocaust, which was given about 5% of the total article. I disagree that Wikipedia needs to have an exhaustive study of Hitler's battle plans on its main page... perhaps there should be a family of war history pages.
