Wikipedia is not a web host for holding personal web pages unrelated to work on building the encyclopaedia. You are, of course, welcome to make contributions to the encyclopaedia, in line with Wikipedia policies and guidelines, but if you wish to write a personal web page, then there are many web sites which provide that sort of service, but Wikipedia is not one of them.
