License tagging for Image:Hanstclarke.gif edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Hanstclarke.gif. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 01:06, 26 October 2007 (UTC)

Hi... I just wanted to explain that sometimes editors of wikipedia are a bit hasty when it comes to new articles. You wouldn't believe how many people start articles on the band they started yesterday with two friends, or the company they started that nobody knows of. And your article was very... empty at first. But based on this google search, I think that Wikipedia should have an article on Hans Thacher Clarke. So please stick with it  . Expand the article to at least a few sentences that describe what he did, and why he is special. Refer to the news articles (or books, if you have some) so other editors can verify your work (important!). — Ksero 01:20, 26 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
