Thanks for your message, and welcome to Wikipedia! Yes, you can create articles, but they have to conform to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. They have to be about a topic that's notable, and they have to be verifiable from other published sources, etc. I hope you enjoy editing here. If you see a mistake in an article, you can fix it.
