Please add Nancy Grigsby to the List of solved missing person cases. Davidgoodheart (talk) 04:21, 13 April 2023 (UTC)

Sure.--Kieronoldham (talk) 02:00, 14 April 2023 (UTC)
Done, Davidgoodheart. Been given a laptop to do work at home as well as onsite on Thursday afternoon. May not be able to devote too much time here for at least a few weeks, until I complete all the participating academy records in the Excel accreditation spreadsheet I've been working on. I'll keep you updated.--Kieronoldham (talk) 02:00, 15 April 2023 (UTC)
Please make an infobox for David Hu (IIG). Davidgoodheart (talk) 17:08, 16 April 2023 (UTC)

Done, Davidgoodheart. Consensus looks like the article'll be kept.--Kieronoldham (talk) 01:47, 17 April 2023 (UTC)

Please add Susan Perry and Mary Anne Wysocki to the List of solved missing person cases. Davidgoodheart (talk) 15:36, 19 April 2023 (UTC)
Done, Davidgoodheart.
Could you please nominate this page Paul (given name) for DYK. I have spend countless time expanding this. I also don't know how to use DYK. Davidgoodheart (talk) 20:21, 21 April 2023 (UTC)
Well, I've never nominated DYK before, but with GA articles the individual nominating, and the exhaustive contributors to nominated articles articles could not review them. I'll do so later today, Davidgoodheart.--Kieronoldham (talk) 09:21, 22 April 2023 (UTC)
The five criteria for creating DYK nominations are Created (in the last seven days), 5 x expanded (in the last seven days), Converted from redirect, Moved to mainspace, and Improved to GA (in the last seven days). According to Wikipedia:Did you know/Create new nomination I could only nominate this if it's been expanded five-fold in the last seven days, Davidgoodheart?--Kieronoldham (talk) 13:21, 23 April 2023 (UTC)

Just curious, what did you mean by aDD 1 LAST, you didn't mean the last entry that you will add did you? Davidgoodheart (talk) 18:46, 6 May 2023 (UTC)
Please add Dolores Cepeda and Sonja Johnson to the List of solved missing person cases. Davidgoodheart (talk) 04:50, 7 May 2023 (UTC)

The edit explanation was almost trivial, Davidgoodheart. I was inferring to edits I was to make during that login session.--Kieronoldham (talk) 22:46, 7 May 2023 (UTC)

Is this article worthy of inclusion, Davidgoodheart? There is no Wikipedia article about her or her father. I'll add it if you wish. :)Done, Davidgoodheart--Kieronoldham (talk) 21:08, 12 May 2023 (UTC)

Please add Harriet Simmons to the List of solved missing person cases. Davidgoodheart (talk) 15:22, 13 May 2023 (UTC)
Please add Betty McConnell to the List of kidnappings. Davidgoodheart (talk) 22:14, 14 May 2023 (UTC)
Added, Davidgoodheart. I am wondering if these articles are becoming slightly exhaustive/elongated? I have no issue myself, of course, but am wary someone may tag the articles. There used to be an article on here called List of Unidentified Decedents in the United States (or something similar) - that was flagged and pruned and eventually disappeared to a redirect. Don't want the same to happen here.--Kieronoldham (talk) 01:43, 16 May 2023 (UTC)
Please add Cecelia Genatiempo to the List of solved missing cases. Davidgoodheart (talk) 02:06, 16 May 2023 (UTC)
I am no expert in the area, Davidgoodheart. The entries are segmentized sufficiently for me personally and although the date formatting, here and there - and maybe some references - need to be more uniform, the overall layout is fine to me. I was just thinking of the number of additions I alone am making to these pages in conjunction with others and thought about that lost Wiki. page (which I greatly miss - it was invaluable to me and separated on a state by state basis). I just worry someone may tag these articles, too.
Wiki. lost the user GouramiWatcher b/c of the pruning to that article (he chose to retire from here because of the pruning and he was eminent in the fields of unidentified decedents, bog bodies etc.) Maybe the entries could be broken into categories (found alive etc.). Just a concern. K.--Kieronoldham (talk) 02:29, 16 May 2023 (UTC)

Mark Essex

I encourage you to self revert the inappropriate and misleading image you added back that was taken in California years before Essex is known to have been interested in the BPP. If you can find a freely licensed image of Essex at a BPP event, feel free to add it. If you continue editing against consensus, I will have to take the matter to an administrative noticeboard. Cullen328 (talk) 02:27, 14 May 2023 (UTC)

That photo was taken at the California State Capitol in Sacramento on May 2, 1967, when Essex was still in high school in Kansas. Cullen328 (talk) 02:32, 14 May 2023 (UTC)
Am I missing something, Cullen328? (Seriously.) It is of the BPP. And yes, the consensus (true or false) seems to be you. If they changed their ideology between 1967 and 1972 - I'd like to know. Take to a noticeboard. If the same justification can be found for a Commons image of an organization or group (of any kind) from, say, 1953 is justified as being unworthy of inclusion because a member or incident occurred in 1959, then maybe some WW2-related Commons images should not be on the pages. I understand, but tell you what, cannae be bothered.--Kieronoldham (talk) 02:38, 14 May 2023 (UTC)
Any reply forthcoming?--Kieronoldham (talk) 03:28, 14 May 2023 (UTC)
I have commented at Talk:Mark Essex, and intend to take this matter to the Wikipedia:Neutral point of view/Noticeboard if you persist in adding this misleading, anachronistic photo to the article. Cullen328 (talk) 04:13, 14 May 2023 (UTC)
I was thinking about taking it there myself (or the Teahouse). Feel free to take it there should you wish, Cullen328. I fail to see how it fails any NPOV when, according to some sources (which I have listed), he was a member, and by your own admission: "The bottom line is that Essex was certainly interested in the Black Panther Party, that he read and accumulated Black Panther Party literature, and that he had friendships with Black Panther Party members and supporters." How is it misleading? Anyhow, like I said earlier, I can't be bothered arguing. We're both better then that. Best regards,--Kieronoldham (talk) 19:18, 14 May 2023 (UTC)
