In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. - You don't have a proper file name so your proposed change won't work. You need a file that ends in .jpg or some other extension that shows it is a picture. Also, it has to be freely licensed. You must be able to show it is not under copyright. If it comes from Wikipedia Commons, the status will be shown there. If not, you will have to upload it and show the copyright status.
