I support the word clashes because the term was used in the article cited, and the word skirmish is usually considered deliberate, as in these two sides would plan a skirmish, outline it terms, and is more like practice than a happenstance battle. Chucklozoot (talk) 08:27, 22 July 2020 (UTC)
