I am Calànch, user of Italian Wikipedia, I wrote today the italian Stub on Sofia University, and I would like to add the logo. But I see it is not free licensed and that usage may be asked directly to Sofia University.

Hi Calànch! Good Bulgarian, you impressed me :) The Sofia University logo was uploaded to the English Wikipedia using the special license for non-copyright-free logo images. I checked the Italian Wikipedia and there you have the same option for doing it (please check for example the licenses of [1]). With these licenses, you'll be able to upload the logo only to the Italian Wikipedia (as my upload is only for the English one), but I guess it'll be enough. Of course, you can always ask for permission the university, but it is much easier this way. All the best!--Keranov (talk) 19:28, 10 January 2015 (UTC)
