A broad question that is difficult to answer due to the large number of numbers, cases, ideological structures, political exploitation, and prejudices.

All of these factors may contradict and conflict with each other to the point where reality becomes ambiguous.

Hence, the necessity of calm research to reach a constructive debate based on reliable data.
