This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Hi Following your rejection of my proposed entry for Kathleen Hermesdorf I've made several revisions. Thanks for the motivation to improve the entry. When you get a chance, please review again... or does it matter who reviews it, and you just happened to be the first to do so? thanks Keith
