Hello, Just Married page was created by me, but halfway the information required for a wikipedia page was not present, owing to which i tried deleting the draft which i could not do.

The problem isn't that you don't leave edit summaries, but rather that your summaries are meaningless random character strings which don't tell anyone what you've done or why.
