Request reason:

I have not a response to my previous request that makes sense to me. First, as i stated, I am the only person who sues my computer, and I have not in any way abused my editing privleges; Second, the answer given was that I had a VPN. When I asked about the problem with a VPN, I mistyped it as, I believe, vnp. This brought an unactionable comment. I responded, explaining. I got no response. As far as a VPN goes, I don't know anything about: I have never heard of the VPN type said to be on my computer and cannot find it when i search my system; also, there is no explanation in any of the responses as to why a VPN or this particular VPN should be objectionable. Finally, even if I should be blocked, the block runs through some time in 2022 (I think the original post told me it was 6 months). Kdammers (talk) 06:38, 14 February 2020 (UTC)

Decline reason:

You may need to contact your ISP for assistance on your end; we can only tell you that on our end that IP comes up as a VPN. The difference in dates is due to the fact that the IP range is globally blocked across all Wikimedia projects (which means that Wikimedia is pretty confident) until September, but it is locally blocked here until July 2021. You edited successfully until two weeks ago- something happened between now and then to change your IP. 331dot (talk) 10:10, 14 February 2020 (UTC)
