Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 193.34.232.7. Place any further information here. I don't know why this block was put up. Also, it is a long-term one. Considering what gets allowed on Wikipedia, it seems extreme, regardless of the cause. Any-way, I am the only one using my computer, and I do not abuse my Wikipedia account.
