Hello, Kbraun95, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Adam and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

Step 1: Rhetorical Analysis

Strengths and Weaknesses Strengths: 1. The tone of the article is very informational and does not hold much bias. 2. Good discussion of those who started the movement and those who did not want it.

Weaknessss 1. The article itself is very short without much detail. 2. There are not many links that are directly informational to the article. 3. There could be more discussion of WHY it was such a hard movement to get into place.

History The article was created in 2009 with very little detail. Material was steadily added by one Wiki user until about 2010 when the information began being edited by a few other users. It has taken around six years to finally reach the point in which the article is currently at, which is ironic since it is still somewhat small. Edits have been made as recently as November 2015. This shows that the article is still active but quite sparingly; I was the most recent edit but there are random users that have added information since the article's creation in 2009. There are large gaps in when people edited the article but it has had a steady amount of edits being made.

Talk Currently, there is no actual talk page for the Catholic Common Ground Initiative! When you click the Talk button, it redirects you to information regarding Wikipedia's effort to improve the coverage of Catholicism related articles on Wikipedia. Similarly, you can find a link to one that seeks to improve articles related to the United States of America. In order to discuss the actual Common Ground Initiative page, one could click on this link and direct themselves to a conversation on a much larger scale so that's quite helpful.

Edits I edited the page by adding a new link to the references list. I thought adding a link to the actual Common Ground's page was going to allow for more individuals to use the movement's own website to make their own assumptions of the movement itself. It also would allow for another user to use any of the online information provided by that site and add it to the existing wikipedia page!
