Epupa falls Namibia

Epupa Falls is created by the Kunene river ,it is on the border of Angola and Namibia in Kaokoland area of the Kunene Region of which the nearest town is Opuwo.Epupa Falls is also called the Monte Negro Falls in Angola.Kaokoland is known to be a Herero land in Namibia and also were thwe Himbapeople resite.Epupa Falls is one of our greatest touristsattraction in Namibia ,mainly because of the falling water and the Ovahimba people living around it.The name "Epupa" is a Herero word for "foam", in reference to the foam created by the falling water.The river is 0.5 km wide and drops in a series of waterfalls spread over 1.5 km, with the greatest single drop being 37 m.[1]
