Hello Kateshortforbob, you have written the article about the phishing group Avalanche in 2010 - according to German media and the German police (Prosecutors office) this group (or a similiar group with the same name?) was destroyed in a joint action of police authorities in ten countries some days ago, sources http://www.t-online.de/computer/sicherheit/id_79710440/botnet-avalanche-zerschlagen-behoerden-befreien-50-000-deutsche-pc.html and http://www.staatsanwaltschaften.niedersachsen.de/startseite/staatsanwaltschaften/verden/presseinformationen/avalanche-eine-der-weltweit-groeten-infrastrukturen-zum-einsatz-von-botnetzen-wurde-in-internationaler-zusammenarbeit-aufgedeckt-und-analysiert-149131.html - I have no idea if there are english media who have written about this it. I think there have been some stories about this in English; another editor has been adding them to the article, so I will have to read them and get updated.
