Deletion discussion about Giorgos Fountoulis edit

Hello, Katcheic,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Giorgos Fountoulis should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Giorgos Fountoulis .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks, Tco03displays (talk) 02:45, 3 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Regarding the two articles I marked for deletion edit

It is more appropriate to write an article concerning the murder of these two individuals, instead of writing two semi-biographical pages for them. If you can combine the two articles into one article, say, Murders of Manolis Kapelonis and Giorgos Fountoulis, that would be much more useful. --Tco03displays (talk) 02:58, 3 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

A cookie for you! edit

Sorry about that AfD. I really hope that you don't get discouraged by that, and that you can continue to edit Wikipedia. Epicgenius (talk) 03:00, 3 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Tco03displays. I noticed that you made a change to an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you.

Edit warring on Manolis Kapelonis edit

Please note your edit history on Manolis Kapelonis looks like you are involved in an edit war. Wikipedia also has a bright line three revert rule which it appears you have broken on the page. I encourage you to try and reach a consensus by discussing the issues on the article's talk page or in the article's deletion discussion. Continuing to edit Manolis Kapelonis may result in a block to prevent disruption. Regards, Callanecc (talkcontribslogs) 07:40, 3 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Tco03displays (talk) 04:15, 5 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

This is your last warning. The next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Murder of Manolis Fountoulis and Giorgos Kapelonis to Golden Down office, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Tco03displays (talk) 05:29, 5 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Blocked edit

You have been blocked temporarily from editing for edit warring, as you did at Murder of Manolis Fountoulis and Giorgos Kapelonis to Golden Down office. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.  Callanecc (talkcontribslogs) 07:06, 5 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Μανώλης Καπελώνης edit

Hello, Katcheic. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Μανώλης Καπελώνης, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:

  1. edit the page
  2. remove the text that looks like this: {{proposed deletion/dated...}}
  3. save the page

Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Tco03displays (talk) 08:58, 5 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Edit and page move warring edit

Katcheic, you seem to have an inability to understand that discussion is required especially on pages which have been the subject of edit and move warring. You made no effort during the page protection to discuss the article and instead returned to the article straight after the protection expired to move the page and add a non-free poster. You need to go to the talk page and discuss the situation. You also seem to be advocating a particular point of view and seem to have difficulty remaining neutral. If you continue to make edits or page moves without discussion you may be blocked for an extended period of time. Callanecc (talkcontribslogs) 23:58, 9 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Non-free rationale for File:Manolis Kapelonis and Giorgos Fountoylis.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Manolis Kapelonis and Giorgos Fountoylis.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Callanecc (talkcontribslogs) 00:08, 10 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Blocked for edit warring, again edit

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 48 hours for edit warring at Murder attack on members of the Golden Dawn Office. After the warning I gave you just up there, you reverted another editor removing the poster you added. There is only one revert in WP:Bold, revert, discuss and that revert was this one. From there as I told you too above you needed to discuss the addition of the poster, not revert again. You need to understand this, because you are disrupting Wikipedia. abuse of editing privileges. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  Callanecc (talkcontribslogs) 00:40, 11 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for December 16 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Roller chain, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Industrial (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

CheckUser request edit

Katcheic, I have removed your Quick CheckUser request from WP:SPI. It appears that you are in a dispute/edit war with those two editors, and them disagreeing with you is in no way evidence of sockpuppetry. In any case, the Quick CheckUser request section of the page is not to be used for sockpuppetry complaints. If you have reasonable evidence of sockpuppetry, you are welcome to file a case as instructed at the top of the SPI page. —DoRD (talk) 23:36, 18 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
