I've reviewed your draft, please read the comments below, as well as the policies linked to therein. Creating a new article is the most difficult task to attempt on Wikipedia, and it's usually recommended to first edit existing articles in areas that interest you, to get a feel for how Wikipedia operates and what is expected of article content.
