T'is me edit

I'm a noob to helping out with editing Wikipedia... so, you know, bear with me.

Thanks everyone.

As a note, edit

In regards to your article, which was deleted, Hank Green, it was likely deleted because you either did not assert notability, or because he is simply not notable enough for inclusion on wikipedia. Please read our policy on article inclusion and what wikipedia is not.— dαlus Contribs 11:11, 23 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

It doesn't work like that. Just because you think someone would have a page, doesn't mean they should. Like I said, please read our policy regarding article inclusion, as linked to above. The brother clearly meets the criterion. As to the founding of a website, even a well-talked about website amongst people, it not a notable achievement, as anyone can do so, however, if this website is featured in a third-party reliable source, such as a news source, which is independent from the subject, and the mention is non-trivial, and you had a significant amount of these, they he could probably have an article. Please take the time to read WP:N.— dαlus Contribs 23:49, 23 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
No, not a list, a news-article about the website in which the mention of the website is not trivial.— dαlus Contribs 20:04, 29 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
Try reading WP:N.— dαlus Contribs 20:52, 29 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
I'm not being rude, but I do have to ask you to please read that page, as well as WP:V. Besides that, just for clarification, was this article deleted, or did it never exist? If it never existed, and you're asking why, it's because no one ever created it.— dαlus Contribs 07:55, 31 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
No, I did not. You are assuming there are lines between the lines, when there are not. I never said learn to read. Not once, I told you to try reading a certain policy, as it answered all of your questions. Now I am going to be rude. Until you can stop assuming things of me, and taking whatever I say in a negative light, go find help somewhere else.— dαlus Contribs 05:12, 4 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

(OD) I believe you want to see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Hank green. As to re-creating it, I suggest you recreate the article in your userspace on a sub-page, like, User:yourusername/Hank Greeen. Then, when you have done that, go find the deleting admin and show your version of the article, which you think meets our inclusion criterion. If he approves, maybe you can have the article restored, or you can start more discussion to have it restored.— dαlus Contribs 04:04, 5 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
