Hello, Kameell, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few links to pages you might find helpful:

You may also want to take the Wikipedia Adventure, an interactive tour that will help you learn the basics of editing Wikipedia. You can visit The Teahouse to ask questions or seek help.

Please remember to sign your messages on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. Again, welcome! Feedback on your article

edit

Hello Kameell, Thank you for writing your article in your sandbox! I have read the article and would like to give some feedback to improve your article to Wikipedia standards and customs. While your tutor will judge it content wise, I will look if it meets the quality standards we have on Wikipedia. I standard look for a series of subjects that need improvement or are okay.

  • Intro sentence: the sentence is good, but the not to be confused part does not make me de-confused. Please mention there something that makes clear that it is about airlines. Why you use "F/OSS", should it not be "FOSS"?
  • Links: Please add more links to keywords. Give links to "hacker ethics", the various code-sharing platforms you mention, and more!
  • Headers: are okay.
  • References: Please do not add the individual references at the bottom of the page, but add them behind the actual sentence where it belongs too. That you added the individual references at the bottom of the page creates a mess there. Also that references 1, 4 and 5 are empty is not right. Please fix this both!
  • References: In the first section: please no space between dot and reference. Under the first header you write "According to" followed by a claim. This sentence needs to be followed by a reference.
  • Ready to publish: There is no article about this subject yet (so far I saw). If you fix the points I mentioned your article is of excellent quality (for starting articles), and I would strongly recommend you to publish the article.

I hope you can implement this feedback to your sandbox article before our next meeting. Thanks! Romaine (talk) 11:49, 28 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
