Supporting ideas for legalizing abortion

edit

According to Roe W( 2001) states legalizing abortion will reduce crime in countries because unwanted children they obviously becomes criminal since they are not taken care of by their parents.

He further states that abortion will give women rights or the right to freedom;
to add on legalizing abortion will bring democracy.

Legalizing abortion will control the population and it will also control family planning in countries.

Legalizing abortion will bring a reduction in overpopulation of most countries or the world itself.

Against ideas on legalizing abortion

edit

According to Steve L, (2001) states that since life begins at conception, abortion is akin to murder as it is the act of taking human life.

Abortion is in direct defiance of the commonly accepted idea of the sanctity of human life;

abortion should not be used as another form of contraception. For women who demand complete control of their body,

control should include preventing the risk of unwanted pregnancy through the responsible use of contraception or,

if that is not possible, through abstinence. Legalizing abortion will encourage prostitution in many countries if legalized; abortion frequently causes intense psychological pain and stress. Legalizing abortion will increase breast cancer , and some people believes that it is against their religion and it makes a sin to do so. It will also increase death rate in countries if legalized due to sickness arising from abortion
