I need your help

He can't be listed just for the sake of being listed on Wikipedia. He needs to have done something notable or long lasting like being a Member of parliament and not just being an aide of a governor. The governor of a state is notable by Wikipedia standards but not those people around him. Notability is not inherited. See WP:Notability. TushiTalk To Me 09:48, 18 August 2016 (UTC)

Hi, I noticed the pop-up man from the left and I wondered how you did that. I was thinking maybe I could do something familiar on my user page. Also I wonder how you made that box over saying "If I left you a message (...)" and so on. Could you help me out?
