List of Statutes of New Zealand 1840 – 1890

Please see my comments re your reversion of my edits on on the talk page of List of Statutes of New Zealand (1840–1890).

I was using a semi automated software to check on edits being done on pages randomly.I have visited the page on List of Statutes of New Zealand (1840–1890) and to speak the truth I cannot make out what is in the content of that article. It could be for the fact that I am not a lawyer or I do not understand the New Zealand statutes or just my ignorance:). I am sorry for having mistakenly reverted your edits. I have assumed good faith and reverted the article back to the last revision. Once again, am sorry and I hope my apologies are accepted. ₫ӓ₩₳ Talk to Me. Email Me. 16:20, 2 September 2012 (UTC)
Well I am not a lawyer either, but can understand in general that it is a list by year of statutes. Though This first of the series is rather large compared with the later ones, and the creator(s) seem to have some odd paragraphing ideas! OK re apology, but I don't entirely understand the way the template for the series apparently work, so I left some of the headings in but "dummied" out. Hugo999 (talk) 21:53, 2 September 2012 (UTC)

"Good Faith" revert

Hi Stephen,

I am interested to know why you reverted my edits to the Brocious page? The information is straight from the references linked and relevant to the incident? (I do apologize, I did not notice that I was not logged in at the time).

According to the guidelines we should assume good faith. Although the comments may not reflect well on Brocious they are never the less important for the public good. If hackers in general follow the accepted protocol of disclosing hacks to affected parties before making them public the world would be a safer/better place. It is thus in the interest of everyone reading about the vulnerability to also take not of the correct protocol when dealing with these matters.

You will note that almost all articles regarding the incident also contain this information for these reasons.

Would you suggest that we also remove the Genocide form the Adolf Hitler page because of how it reflects on his character ?

Proposed deletion of KENCOM House

The article KENCOM House has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable commercial building. Fails WP:GNG.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Unconstructive

What is your definition of constructive? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.10.107.82 (talk) 02:17, 27 September 2012 (UTC)

My definition of constructive is a deed on Wikipedia that improves the quality of work on Wikipedia. However, the deed must adhere to the Wikipedia policies and guidelines. For instance you did not provide sources for the information that you added to the biography of William Ruto and Martha Karua.Consider checking out WP:BLP and WP:RELIABLE SOURCES. Hope that helps.   Talk to Me. Email Me. 03:00, 27 September 2012 (UTC)
