Kuala Lumpur International Arts Festival

I moved your page from Kuala Lumpur International Arts Festival to Draft:Kuala Lumpur International Arts Festival. Only finished articles should go in the article space, drafts should be worked on in a sandbox or draftspace, otherwise they will get deleted as being incomplete. As per my comment above, I've moved this to the draftspace. Please stop creating short articles saying "draft in progress", if they are not finished, then add "Draft:" before the article name. Joseph2302 (talk) 15:09, 27 March 2015 (UTC)
