Hello, KDBrox, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Your articles

edit
  • Architecture of Thailand
    • I do think you could do this one, although you might need to see about spending an hour or two fleshing out a few of the sections that are a bit bare and informing yourself about Thai architecture just enough to figure out how this should be organized and reworked.
  • African-American representation in Hollywood
    • Great find. This one was worked on by a class a while ago but needs an overhaul that still keeps the good info intact while making room for other editors
  • Effect of caffeine on memory
    • I think this one has had some people working ot make it a lot better and that we don't need to touch it now.
  • Tourism in Scotland
    • Hmm, I think that this Pandemic section will not stick but other than that I think some of the edits that need to be done are a bit controversial and hard to make stick. The tour guide concerns have already been somewhat addressed. So let's not do it.
  • Short story
    • I think that this would be interesting to take on. If you did, you'd probably need to propose a new article that is a list perhaps of short story authors since the history right now is mostly a list of all the relevant short story authors. That really should be significantly reworked with that content moved elsewhere. But then I also wonder if we could examine the history of this article to see if there used to be more content or other sections that should be recovered and reworked to be more appropriate. So...not a straightforward one but could be done.

Of the 3 that are ok here, just pick the 2 you want in the WIkiEdu dash Etherfire (talk) 22:32, 12 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
