Black Diamond and others

Hi there,

I came by to ask you to stop adding Black Diamond to the list of hip hop musicians, which is for musicians only and not bands/groups. In the process, I noticed you have worked on a few articles with a great deal of detail but which, as far as I can tell, don't cite even one reliable source. I'm glad you're contributing to Wikipedia, but please to take the time to read WP:RS. The band's own site, discogs, videos of their live performances, etc. should be used minimally, if at all, and can only be used to verify something. They don't justify the addition of information, which must all be sourced to reliable, third-party publications. You may also want to check out WP:GNG, which is Wikipedia's standard for what topics should have an article. I haven't looked for sources for these bands, so I don't know, but if the sources don't exist it's possible they'll be deleted. Adding high quality sources is the best way to avoid that.
