경복궁의 대표 대문인 흥례문 역시 경복궁의 대표적인 얼굴입니다. 잘 찍은 조감도 (절대로 좋은 이미지는 아니나 예시로 링크를 겁니다)나 투시도가 있으면 더 할 나위가 없지만, 아쉽게도 그러한 사진은 없군요. 님 역시 "주관적인 판단"으로, 사진을 교체하지 않았습니까? 못나온 대표 건물의 사진 보다는 잘 찍힌 다른 대표 건축물을 도입부에 넣은 것이 더 낫다고 봅니다. --Caspian blue 17:42, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

폄훼하는 것은 아닙니다만, 객관적으로 봐도 사진의 심도가 얕고, 구성 역시 밋밋하며, 색감 역시 현실에서 보는 색상과는 거리가 있습니다. 만약 한국어 사용자 뿐만 아니라 다른이의 의견을 얻는 편이 이 문제를 해결에 빠를 것 같군요. 만약 영어로 토론을 진행하실 생각이 있으면, 해당 토론문서에 토론장을 열도록 하겠습니다. 제 3자에게서 의견을 듣는 편이 총의를 구하는 방법 중의 하나이니깐요. -Caspian blue 17:48, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

저 역시 님의 편집이 전혀 납득이 안갑니다. 님께서 더 나은 사진을 공용에서 제시하는 것은 어떨까요? 대부분의 경복궁 사진은 제가 다 플리커 등이나 OTRS 허가를 통해 올린 것입니다. 저는 현재 인트로에 있는 흥례문 사진 뿐만 아니라, 다른 각도에서 찍은 흥례문 사진도 괜찮다고 생각합니만, 꼭 근정전 사진을 도입부에 놓아야 한다고 생각하지 않습니다. 님께서는 동의하지 않으니 더 나은 다른 사진을 제시해주십시요. 님께서는 처음으로 겪는 경험이라는 이유가 님의 주장을 뒷받침하지 못합니다. 이미지 때문에 편집 분쟁은 영어위키 백과에서 쉴새 없이 일어납니다. 그만큼 여기는 다양한 사람들이 모여있구요. 한국어 위키에서도 이미지 때문에 분쟁이 일어난 경우가 몇몇 있구요. 님께서는 편집메모도 이유도 남기지 않고 무작정 되돌리셨는데, 저는 그게 정당한 편집이라는 의견에 역시 동의하지 않으며, 제가 물러설 이유 역시 님의 반박에서 전혀 찾지 못하겠군요. 님과 저 뿐만 아니라 "타사용자"의 의견을 구해서 해결을 보려는 "토론"이 소용이 없는지 이해가 안가는군요. 토론에서 소득이 없으면, WP:DR로 WP:3O, WP:RFC라는 기능도 있습니다만 님께서는 전혀 갈등을 해결할 생각이 없고, 본인이 옳은데, 왜 내 편집을 되돌리냐라는 의견 뿐이군요. 또한 한 몇년간은 향원정 사진이 도입부의 사진이였습니다. 때로는 경회루, 광화문, 다른 각도에서 찍고 북한산을 배경으로 한 흥례문 사진이 여기 도입부 사진이 되기도 하였구요. 그걸 보면 님의 경복궁의 대표사진 = 근정전이라는 공식은 누구에게나 받아들여지는 것은 아니라고 봅니다. --Caspian blue 18:17, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

위키피디아가 만들어진 이래, 과거 다양한 사용자들이 경복궁의 "대표적"인 이미지라 여겨지는 건축물의 사진을 넣었다고 말씀드렸지, 근정전이 대표성을 부정한 적이 없군요. 다른 건물도 대표성을 가진다고 말했구요. 그리고 저 개인적으로는 "잘 찍은 조감도" 사진이 "잘 찍은 근정전 사진" 보다도 도입부의 이미지로 가장 좋다고 생각하기 때문에, 평범한 수준의 근정전 사진을 굳이 도입부에 넣어야 한다는 논지가 이해가 안갑니다. 물론 더 나은 사진이 나타나면, 언제든지 교체가 가능합니다. 그러니 "더 나은 사진"을 보여주십시요. 제가 약 100여개 훌쩍 넘는 사진을 플리커 등에서 올렸으니, 님께서 훌륭한 사진을 제공하실 수 있으리라 봅니다. --Caspian blue 18:38, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

Seoul, South Korea religion information deletion

Please stop deleting information about churches and Christianity in the Seoul and South Korea atricles. If Buddhist temples and pictures of temples can exist in these articles, please be fair to Christians looking for information about Christianity in Seoul. Many people come to Seoul to experience God's grace! I had a twisted ankle and dislocated hip in an Army accident and I came to Korea to study the Bible and I prayed and God answered my prayers and I was healed without surgery.

I sincerely pray for you to receive grace from God to believe in Jesus Christ and refrain from deleting information about His Churches. May you in turn spread His Word and uphold His Church! The same goes for your move of Colonisation of Oceania, which I reverted. Given your user page says you only have a basic knowledge of English, I'll assume you didn't realise that English has multiple spellings for some words. However, I would advise against editing the English Wikipedia if you only have a basic knowledge of English. Changed Cho-ui to Uisun

The title of an article about a person should use the commonly recognized name of the person. Books and articles universally refer to this Korean monk as Cho-ui, the name he received from his Seon master Wanho and that he always used from then on. The name Uisun that he received on first becoming a monk is only ever mentioned as a part of his biography and nobody ever refers to him by it. The article should have "Cho-ui" as its main title.
