Thanks for uploading File:Qa methodology diagram.gif. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

Cite the references properly. See the way and the place where I have shifted your 1st and 2nd reference. Do it for other ones likewise. Also, what about the image you are using? You haven't given any information of it while uploading. Pratik Lahoti (talk) 12:13, 25 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
