March 2012 edit

Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to The Hunger Games: Songs from District 12 and Beyond. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. MikeWazowski (talk) 00:16, 10 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Your WP:FFU request edit

Hello, and thank you for your request at Files for Upload! The file has been uploaded. You can find it at File:Taylor Swift ACM Entertainer of the Year 2012.jpg. See Wikipedia:Images#Using images to learn image syntax, or Wikipedia:Creation and usage of media files for other types of files. Regards, WheresTristan 19:40, 16 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

References edit

You edited Taylor Swift to update a forecast she would appear on "Both of Us" due out 1 May, to now read the song was released 1 May. Trouble is you didn't change the reference so we currently have a six week old reference to support something that has only just happened. Can you provide a pertinent ref? Cheers. Please stop. edit

There is not enough information, nor charts per WP:SONGS and WP:ALBUMS for those Cheryl articles. And please stop uploading artwork that is not 300x300, it's against Wiki policy. MusicFreak7676 TALK! 16:44, 24 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

That artwork you uploaded is too big. Artwork must be 300px or 350px. You're uploading images that are TOO BIG. My artwork is of the right size. And if you keep persisting, I'll be reporting you. Consider this your final warning. And if you have anything to say, post it here. NOT on my page. MusicFreak7676 TALK! 17:08, 24 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

May 2012 edit

Thank you for your contributions. One of your recent contributions has been reverted or removed, because it contains speculative or unconfirmed information about a future event. Wikipedia has a policy called "Wikipedia is not a crystal ball", which discourages such edits. Please only add material about future events if it is verifiable, based on a reference to a reliable source. Thank you. (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 18:10, 24 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Can I just say that there are hundreds of other pages with infomation uploading differently everyday like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Believe_%28Justin_Bieber_album%29 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spandex_on_the_Distant_Horizon http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Only_One_Rida_%28Part_2%29 And none of these are out or source as the article on A Million Lights by Cheryl is. Also the article Call My Name is a single which is already out in Italy so I don't know why thhe page should be redirected.

And all the pieces I have put up has been referenced. BWilkins --Justinhaff (talk) 18:31, 24 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Two key things: the existence of one article cannot justify another; notability trumps all. Just because the song exists does not make it notable. Period. (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 19:22, 24 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

When ever I create the page it is to be used on someone deletes the page http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Call_My_Name_%28Cheryl_Cole_song%29&redirect=no --Justinhaff (talk) 15:24, 1 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

The page does not belong on Wikipedia, period. Repeated recreation of it will lead to a block, period. (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 15:56, 1 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Did I say I would recreate it????--Justinhaff (talk) 16:27, 1 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Well, my preliminary investigation shows that you may be one of the other userid's/IP's that tried to re-create it before. When you make an "exasperated" comment like the one above, it raises concerns of course. I just want to make sure we're all on the same page as to what 2 AFD's really mean. (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 16:49, 1 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

I only made it once and won't do it again.--Justinhaff (talk) 17:24, 1 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Kudpung. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Red (Taylor Swift album), but you didn't provide a reliable source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
