Depictions of Muhammad edit

Hello. Regarding the concern you posted on Talk:Muhammad: this is already addressed in Talk:Muhammad/FAQ. Basically, Wikipedia is not censored for the benefit of any group, and not all Muslims agree about the offensiveness of depictions (Shia, as well as the Persian Wikipedia, has no problem with them). Also, the FAQ page points out ways that you can avoid seeing the images in the article if their presence disturbs you.

The images will not be removed, as they have been settled on after years of debate as well as an Arbitration Committee decision, all of which are linked at the top of the talk page. I hope this helps explain the situation. ~Amatulić (talk) 17:25, 6 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
