John McIntyre edit

But they're both affiliated with the Baltimore Sun... are you sure they're not the same person? Cheers, Master of Puppets Call me MoP! 05:15, 4 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Yes, I am totally sure.

I personally know the one who works at The Sun as a copyeditor. I work at The Sun as well. He put in his Facebook "John McIntyre is..." entry that weekend that I edited, "is not the same John McIntyre that posts at RealClearPolitics," which is what prompted me to make the edit.

He and I exchanged email about this as well and he thanked me for straightening this out.

If you look at the picture of the Baltimore Sun McIntyre and the one on Real Clear Politics, they are very obviously not the same person.

I don't know where you see the RCP McIntyre associated with The Sun. Can you enlighten me in a way that makes it clear that the McIntyre referred to is the copyeditor McIntyre?

If he lives in Chicago, he's doing a hell of a job commuting to the office in Baltimore. He's a cool customer but probably not superhuman.
