Risk Benefit Solutions

I wanted to respond to your concerns and interest in creating a Risk Benefit Solutions article. Unfortunately, due to repeated recreations that did not follow Wikipedia guidelines, future creations of the article have been restricted and locked. You will need to wait until at least April 2011. Any attempt to recreate the article prior to that time may result in a block of your account and ability to participate in editing articles on Wikipedia.
