I have created an article on Giovinazzo, Italy. I would like to copy the demographics data from the italian wikipedia article to the english one. How do I do this? Jsimone 16:30, 25 April 2006 (UTC)jesimone57Reply

There is no real simple way of moving text over from another wiki, so you have to use cut and paste, which varies by which client you use. In most Windows programs you can use the mouse to highlight the text you want from the other article, and then click the right mouse button and select "Copy". Then open the edit box of the article you want to edit, put the cursor where you want it, and right click the mouse button again, this time select "Paste". The text you highlighted from the previous article should appear in the edit box. Then you can edit as any other article. Hopefully that helps. Cheers. -Dawson 16:50, 25 April 2006 (UTC)Reply
