Request reason:

IP Block appears related to VPN usage. IP Bans for VPN users are almost definitely bad. I am operating under a username which allows easy access to my real name, make attempts to follow policy, and in general, do not violate rules. Edit access should be allowed for this account outside of the IP ban, or at least, an explanation from Mods why IP Bans across VPNs are good for the internet?

Decline reason:

VPN's are frequently blocked per Wikipedia:Open proxies. If you meet the criteria, you could follow the instructions at WP:IPEC to request IP block exemption, which would allow you to edit via an anonymizing proxy such as a VPN. SQLQuery me! 08:54, 7 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
