Image without license edit

Unspecified source/license for File:The Name of the flowers.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:The Name of the flowers.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 22:01, 22 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:The Name of the flowers.jpg edit

A tag has been placed on File:The Name of the flowers.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. May 2020 edit

Hello Joyab. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Bahman Tavoosi, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Joyab. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Joyab|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. SK2242 (talk) 23:56, 27 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi SK2242, I am not paid to edit the page, Farrah was asking Mike to help with the editing as editing the page requires a professional programmer and she is not promoting Bahman but the cinematography in a different language and promoting Iranian-Canadian artists which I don't think it's subject to COI.Joyab (talk) 01:26, 30 May 2020 (UTC)JoyabReply

Please look at this example as it's similar to Bahman Tavoosi's link, but I don't see any issue on "Bahman Ghobadi's article" citing the external links, interviews and references!! what are the issues here with my editing?? really??

Hi Joyab,

1, if you and/or Farrah have any kind of personal, family or professional relationship with Bahman Tavoosi, this is a CoI.

2, See Wikipedia:Other stuff exists. The existence of other articles which may not be up to scratch does not excuse the existence of this one.

Regards, SK2242 (talk) 22:50, 30 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello there,

JoyAb ( I ) just interested in promoting interesting international/Persian artists and cinematography. As for Farrah not sure and I can't write on her behalf. Thank you. Joyab (talk) 00:39, 1 June 2020 (UTC)JoyAbReply
