Any article in any other language, whatever its merit, will be deleted if not translated into English.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 11:35, 13 May 2016 (UTC) लखनऊ। उ.प्र. प्रदेश आवास एवं विकास परिषद की गाजियाबाद स्थित मण्डोला विहार योजना के आवंटियों के लिए खास खबर यह है कि अब इस योजना के पास बनने वाले चार लेन के करीब 1.7 किलोमीटर के सेतु से मण्डोला विहार की जनता महज पांच किलोमीटर का सफर तय कर दिल्ली सीमा में प्रवेश कर जायेगी। आवास आयुक्त रूद्र प्रताप सिंह ने एक प्रेसवार्ता कर बताया कि मण्डोला विहार दिल्ली के उत्तरी सीमा वजीराबाद के पास स्थित होने के कारण दिल्ली-बागपत मार्ग से होते हुए करीब बीस किलोमीटर का सफर तय कर दिल्ली सीमा में प्रवेश किया जाता था,इस दूरी को कम करने के लिए आवास एवं विकास द्वारा पूर्व में दिल्ली सरकार को यमुना पर पुल बनाने के लिए एक प्रपोजल दिया था जिसमें पुल बनाने में आने वाले खर्च करीबन ढाई सौ से तीन करोड़ रुपयों का वहन आवास विकास द्वारा स्वंय किये जाने का अनुरोध किया गया था। आवास आयुक्त ने बताया कि आवास बंधु के उपाध्यक्ष अरूण दुबे ने मण्डोला विहार की भौगोलिक स्थिति का जायजा लेने के बाद एनसीआर प्लानिंग बोर्ड में पुल बनवाये जाने की प्रभावी पैरवी की और स्वंय दिल्ली के उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसौदिया से मुलाकात कर यमुना नदी पर पुल निर्माण से मंडोला विहार योजना से गुजरने वाली प्रस्तावित लिंक रोड को दिल्ली से जोड़े जाने का आग्रह किया। जिस पर डिप्टी सीएम ने यमुना नदी पर पुल के निर्माण को सैद्धान्तिक स्वीकृति दे दी जिसके बाद एनसीआर प्लानिंग बोर्ड द्वारा पुल को बनाने के लिए हरी झण्डी दी है। आवास आयुक्त ने बताया कि मण्डोला विहार एक ऐसी योजना है जिसमें किसानों से एक भी विवाद नहीं है और न ही जमीन के किसी भी हिस्से को लेकर न्यायालय में कोई वाद दाखिल है। बिल्कुल फ्रेश जमीन पर बनाये जा रही इस स्कीम के तहत 2700 एकड़ में आठ हजार भवनों का निर्माण कराया जा रहा है। जिससे दिल्ली का जनसंख्या घनत्व घटेगा और करीबन पांच लाख लोग लाभांवित होंगे। उन्होने बताया कि भविष्य में तीन हजार एकड़ जमीन को बढ़ाते हुए योजना में बनने वाले आवासों में इजाफा भी किया जाना है।
