CBC TV Interview

I heard you were the one CBC Newsworld filmed a segment on, albeit one that didn't air in full due to technical difficulties. How was the interview? -- Zanimum 19:56, 2 August 2006 (UTC)

Yeah, frankly, a little nerve wracking. But I suppose its related to my own "greenness" with regards to appearing on TV. I think, if I could magically go back in time and redo it, I could be more articulate and thoughtful. I presume it was your first interview for Wikipedia? Did you catch the small bit of the segment that aired? Do you know if they're sending you a tape? I was thinking of talking to whoever the show producer is, asking if they could donate a copy of the segment to Wikimedia for the Foundation's private records. -- Zanimum 14:15, 3 August 2006 (UTC)

Ah, they ended up interviewing you. Nice. :-) I was also asked, but I didn't want to for privacy concerns (Mr. "D.B." has made me a little nervous), though I was willing to do a voice interview if they absolutely couldn't find someone else. Edits outside of namespace

Just a suggestion, but whenever AVB or TB2 revert changes to a category, they leave a heading formatted like this

"==Your edits to [[Category:namehere]]==",

which of course adds that user to

[[Category:namehere]],

rather than warning them off, that should probably be altered so it adds the : in front of 'category'--64.12.116.9 18:22, 22 June 2006 (UTC)
