Please explain why you have deleted so much of the material from this article. You claim that 'politicising and cut & pasting readily available material from NZ government webs just isn't constructive' - this hardly justifies your actions. Far from being unconstructive, I believe that the information which you have deleted from the article is impartial, factual and relevant, citing references from a variety of reliable and respected sources. It would have been far more appropriate for you to have expressed your opinions about the deleted sections on the article's discussion page to seek a consensus PRIOR to deletion. I intend to restore the information which you have unjustifiably removed from the article and if you have anything to express regarding this, please post it in the article's discussion page. If you continue your unilateral deletions of information from the article without having first invited opinions on the discussion page, I will refer this matter to an administrator.
