Hello, Jonathan Reissi, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Hello, I'm Donner60. I noticed that in this edit to Binge eating, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Donner60 (talk) 21:48, 28 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Article issues

edit

Your additions to the binge eating article include passages copied verbatim or nearly verbatim from a non-free source. This was detected by automatic plagiarism detection software. For copyright reasons, that edit and the one immediately following it had to be deleted. Please review the Plagiarism and Copyright training module before proceeding further.

Also keep in mind that wherever possible, medical content needs to be based on recent systematic review articles published in the peer-reviewed literature. Most websites, even ones that look good at a glance, don't meet the standards. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 14:14, 29 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
