Help me! edit

Please help me with re-submission of an article ... I am a first-time contributor, and my first article, David_M._Arden, was re-directed by User:IOW_Editor to Draft:David_M._Arden due to WP example image templates that were inserted in the article where I intended to place uploaded photos, but had failed to remove them when I was unable to insert the desired photos. I deleted the example images from the Draft as requested and thought I had resubmitted the article, but I still see the redirect notification and an additional "speedy deletion request" by User:Stefan2. How do I get my article back now in the main/article space?
Also, can someone help me upload 4 photos to the article, as I do not have 10 edits yet to qualify as a "confirmed account".
