Image without license edit

Unspecified source/license for File:Somebodyseyes.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Somebodyseyes.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 14:46, 27 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

Non-free rationale for File:Somebodyseyes.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Somebodyseyes.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:00, 29 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

April 2021 edit

Hello, I'm Walter Görlitz. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Walter Görlitz (talk) 20:55, 10 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

File copyright problem with File:Sandi christmas.jpg edit

Thank you for uploading File:Sandi christmas.jpg. However, it is currently missing information on its copyright and licensing status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can verify that it has an acceptable license status and a verifiable source. Please add this information by editing the image description page. You may refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Vladlen Manilov / 05:07, 11 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Sandi's Song moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Sandi's Song, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.   Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to Love Overflowing. Ways to improve In Motion: The Remixes edit

Hello, Joelcab123,

Thank you for creating In Motion: The Remixes.

Repeatedly removing tag edit

Can you please explain why you repeatedly remove the {{clarify}} tag I added to Kim Boyce (album) without addressing the issue? As I repeatedly explained in my edit summaries ([1][2]), the table gives no indication as to what record charts these claimed "peak position"s refer to. Is it the Billboard Hot 100 charts? The Adult Contemporary charts? The Hot Christian Songs? You need to specify since there are so many music charts out there. Refer to the table in Dare_You_to_Move#Charts for example, which indicates what specific music chart each "peak position" corresponds to. Bennv123 (talk) 23:55, 22 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

I did clarify on the songs. These songs charted on another chart called the CCM AC chart not on Billboard. It's from the book Hot Hits AC Chart from which I did leave a link on. If you want, I can change it and not use the table. This is just chart info on the songs from where it charted from. The Christian songs from the 1980s and 1990s did not have a Christian Songs chart on Billboard. Joelcab123 (talk) 00:44, 23 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
The only mention of this chart I can find in the article is in the title ("CCM Hot Hits: AC Charts") of a citation to an offline source. Most readers will have no idea what those acronyms mean, and will not have access to the offline reference cited (nor should they have to look up the offline reference just to understand what chart positions this article is referring to). So yes, I do think there needs to be some kind of mention of the chart in question either in text preceding the table or in the table itself (not just in the title of a citation). For example:
Year Singles CCM AC Chart
(peak position)
And if there is no relevant Wikipedia page to link CCM AC Chart to, then there needs to be some text stating what this chart is and what those acronyms stand for. Bennv123 (talk) 01:06, 23 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
I like that. That's a great idea. This will help. People don't understand the terminology when it comes to radio formats like this. I'll see to it that this link gets worked right away. Thank you so much! Joelcab123 (talk) 01:20, 23 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

December 2022 edit

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to change genres without discussion or sources, as you did at Kathy Troccoli (album), you may be blocked from editing. Please don't add genres without a supporting source. The AllMusic source at https://www.allmusic.com/album/kathy-troccoli-mw0000624798 is only a user review (unreliable) with automatically generated sidebar genres (also unreliable, see WP:ALBUMAVOID.) Binksternet (talk) 01:45, 8 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

Binksternet...it is obvious to me that you are NOT a Christian and that you don't listen or have knowledge about Contemporary Christian music. Kathy Troccoli is a Contemporary Christian artist. I have sources that I look at and go to when it comes to artists, especially artists like KT on her Wikipedia on her album Kathy Troccoli (album) that I was filling in some blanks. AllMusic did a review and I used it and not the user. Did you not check and compare AllMusic's reviews to a user's? Obviously not. You jumping at me with this note does not help you or me. If you think what I did was "disruptive editing," then I feel sorry for you. Right now, because of you being an IDIOT you have ruined the Kathy Troccoli discography. So go ahead and change the article I was working so hard on, when I thought I was helping. Let me ask you a question: did you ORIGINALLY write this article? Here at Wikipedia I thought we are here to help each other when it comes to articles that are either incomplete or have some inconsistencies. "Disruptive editing?" SERIOUSLY??? You have some serious issues with yourself. Disappointed! Joelcab123 (talk) 02:08, 8 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for File:KimBoyce2021.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:KimBoyce2021.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Replaceable non-free use File:TwilaParis2003.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:TwilaParis2003.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of non-free use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of non-free use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{Di-replaceable non-free use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable non-free use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification, per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 22:46, 30 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Non-free rationale for File:TwilaParis2003.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:TwilaParis2003.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Replaceable non-free use File:FarrellAndFarrell2.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:FarrellAndFarrell2.jpg.

Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 22:49, 30 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Non-free rationale for File:FarrellAndFarrell2.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:FarrellAndFarrell2.jpg.
