Speedy deletion nomination of Plushng edit

A tag has been placed on Plushng, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Request reason:
I understand wikipedia policies and i was not editing for promotions and advertising, content placed were written specifically for users to have basic information about the Nigerian website Plushng and nothing more of which new edits would come up in subsequent time. I started up the page with my User sandox with not more than one notice about citations, So i decided to put it up as a page. Minutes later after the page got published i got the speedy deletion notice and on publish changes while giving reason why the page shouldn't be deleted, it got deleted. i would appreciate been restored for writing with my sandbox

Wikipedia is a free, online encyclopedia. It is not a free webhost for you to advertise or promote your own website. If you wish to donate your time to help write encyclopedia articles about the history of World War II, you will be unblocked. If you are here to write about your own website, it is unlikely that we will unblock you. In that case, I suggest you can buy an ad on a commercial website like everyone else. Request reason:
I have come to understand Wikipedia policies in the past weeks and same also the reason for which I was blocked, Having to discover my mistakes I wouldn't want to dare put up or edit content similar to my block reason and others listed on wikipedia block policy.
Decline reason:
We've had plenty of users who have stated they understand Wikipedia policies, but when pressed it turns out they don't. So, could you please, in a new request, explain in your own words why you are blocked and how it ties in to the purpose of Wikipedia? MER-C 16:31, 24 April 2019 (UTC)
