Reasons

First, we get a lot of spam concealed in sometimes incoherent junk, sometimes looking like an article. The way it can be spotted in the latter case is by the neatly concealed link (usually two of them, sometimes one) to a particular commercial site. Second, your username, which another admin thought was the name of your site. It is close, but not the same or you'd have been blocked under WP:USERNAME. Thirdly, the style and tone of the writing. It screams 'ADVERT!!' to me (and the other admin as well...). Please see WP:NPOV (and WP:SPAM wouldn't go amiss too). Fourthly, the site you linked to is a job finding site. We prefer external links to be out in the open, and to sites providing information, not services. Fifthly, please read WP:NOTHOWTO. Your text is a how-to list in essence - how to get a job. (Referring to the second version, this is. It's actually quite a good one, but not encyclopaedic.) Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia, not a manual. It's not a directory, either, and not every company gets an article. Please see WP:CORP for details of corporate notability, and WP:RS for details of the reliable independent sources needed to back up a claim to notability. If this seems a lot of work compared with, say, AboutUs, yes, it is. They are for the posting of company profiles and so on. We aren't. Most company articles here are not written or edited by employees of the company, or if they are, it's very well concealed and in fact fitting with our policies. We have a policy WP:COI which is about the conflict of interest between being an editor here and having a close connection to a subject. PS I'm not sure why you posted your message at ItsZippy's page - he is a patroller but it was Mean as custard that tagged the first version, and I deleted both (being an admin).
