ReFill'ing references to ebay

I observe you have reFill'd a reference to ebay at List of honorary citizens of Baltimore. The reference may be quite transient and its provenance may be suspect ... the seller seems to loads of them for sale for difference cities. @Djm-leighpark: I honestly didn't even notice that it was ebay (not sure how I missed that one - looking back at it now it's quite obvious!). I completely agree - it's a poor reference for many reasons. I'll see if I can find anything better to replace it. Thanks for pointing this out to me; I should have caught it! I didn't notice it at first either and then I was sort of gobsmacked. Now if it was saved to a wayback archive and reference made to that at least it would persist. The other issue is I have some concerns the person could be a fake given all the other ones for sale at different cities by the same seller. (He may be a genuine person .. I simply don't know). I also just realized that the reference for Pele is also a commercial site. I'm not actually finding anything reliable for either Pele or Angelou. Jmertel23 (talk) 18:39, 1 March 2019 (UTC)

Few modification needed
