The article Home Owner Soon has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Speedy deletion nomination of Home Owner Soon

A tag has been placed on Home Owner Soon, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Status and Advice

You wrote on the article talk page: "this article discusses a very serious issue within Canada and the United States that is effecting thousands and thousands of individuals homeowners and potential homeowners. With the recent housing crash, banks have become very strict with there requirements to obtain mortgage financing. In past it was people with bad credit or that were financially irresponsible that only received declines for mortgages through these banks. Presently it is effecting all walks of live and circumstances. Immigrants, seniors, young families, single parents,recently unemployed individuals, and people facing medical and other financial hardships. People are losing there homes, and others cannot even obtain a home through traditional sources of finance. By educating individuals about there potential options and choices, we can ensure people make the best possible choice with all the facts being provided to them. At present across Canada Home Owner Soon is one of the only companies that provides the option of rent to own, to people. Considering there is no real content about this topic on wikipedia I felt it would be helpful to anyone that read it. Please advise specifically what the problem is in regard to content, and I can make revision. I found it weird that i had not even finished one paragraph in my post before my pages contents were deleted. I hope we can find some common ground, to where both parties are satisfied thank you"

However, as reviewing administrator, I had to remove it, and Just as the previous administrator did, I consider it unambiguously advertising for the organization, and in addition gives no indication that it might be notable. You need to show notability with references providing substantial coverage from 3rd party independent published reliable sources, print or online (but not blogs or press releases, or material derived from press releases). You also need to write like an encyclopedia article, not a press release--don't praise yourself, say what you do. don;t give general background about why there is a need for the service, or why the industry is or ought to be important. this is not a place for publicity. Remember not to copy from your web site -- first it's a copyright violation, but, even if you give us permission according to WP:DCM, the tone will not be encyclopedic and the material will not be suitable. For further information see our FAQ about businesses, organizations, and articles like this. I advise you not to rewrite the article until you have references for notability in hand. To give you time to get them, and prevent re-creation in the identical form as you have already done, I have prevented re-creation of it for a week.
